Our Work
1) Champa Ban
integrated rugby and life skills learning with over 26,000 player registrations and more than 1,000 youth Coach accreditations since 2025.
2) Club and Domestic Rugby
8 registered community-led clubs delivering competitions and training, providing a pathway beyond youth rugby and building sustainable structures.
3) National Teams and Elite Rugby
Men’s and women’s teams competing across Asia, with 90% of players coming through Champa Ban, national players serve as role models.
4) Capability Development
12 certified Lao Coach Educators, 100+ accredited Coaches and officials, and ongoing investment in governance, safeguarding, and system strengthening.
