This week, the Lao Rugby team is kicking off our staff retreat and Coach Group Leaders workshop! We are not only making plans to meet our strategic goals but also ensuring we improve our teamwork, communication skills to work even better as a unit into the months ahead and developing the capacity of our staff and future leaders of Lao Rugby.
