What impressed me the most from the USA exchange program is the time we visited the rugby stadium in the Queens University of Charlotte, where they have comprehensive facilities for athletes, including gyms, recovery rooms, player preparation rooms, and medical facilities. I like the medical facilities the most because they have all the First Aid and recovery equipment available and ready to support players to the fullest. I dream of having this kind of facility in my community in the future, to help rugby players who may get injured from competitions or training sessions. By having a sports medicine facility, we could help players to recover and come back to play rugby faster. In the future, if we have a rugby stadium in Laos, I wish they could include a medical facility in the stadium plans, and that I could use my First Aid knowledge and skills to help rugby players there. In addition, this exchange to the USA inspired me to keep leading First Aid for the LRF and to continue improving myself, as well as the First Aid work of the Coaches in our community.
