ນາງ ມໍຫາ ວື່ ທີ່ເຄີຍເປັນນັກກິລາຈຳປາບານຣັກບີ້ ແລະ ຕອນນີ້ລາວກໍ່ກຳລັງເປັນຄູຝຶກປີທຳອິດຂອງ ChildFund Pass It Back ທີ່ຮັບຜິດຊອບ 4 ທີມໃນເມືອງແປກ. ປັດຈຸບັນມໍຫາກຳລັງ ລາວຮຽນຢູ່ໂຮງຮຽນ ຢູ່ໃນເມືອງແປກ ແຂວງ ຊຽງຂວາງ. ລາວເປັນນັກກິລາຫຼີ້ນແທັກມາຕັ້ງແຕ່ ປີ 2015 ແລະ ນອນຈາກນີ້ລາວກຳລັງເປັນນັກກິລາຫຼີ້ນຕຳຂອງທີມສະໂມສອນຣັກບີ້ຊຽງຂວາງ.
ໃນເດືອນ 9 ທີ່ຜ່ານມານີ້ມໍຫາກໍ່ໄດ້ມີໂອກາດເດີນທາງໄປປະເທດຍີປຸ່ນເພື່ອເປັນຕົວແທນນັກກິລາ ChildFund Pass It Back ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກິດຈະກຳໃນງານແຂ່ງຂັນຣັກບີ້ໂລກທີ່ຍີປຸ່ນ. ມໍຫາໄດ້ເປັນຕົວແທນ ຂອງປະເທດລາວໃນການຈັບທຸງຊາດໃຫ້ກັບນັກກິລາປະເທດຊາມົວໃນສະໜານກິລາຣັກບີ້ໂລກເວລາທີ່ເປີດສະໜາມການແຂ່ງຂັນມື້ທຳອິດ. ລາວມີຄວາມຢ້ານ ແລະ ຕື່ມເຕັ້ນຫຼາຍ ເພາະບໍ່ເຄີຍໄປຈັບທຸງຊາດໃຫ້ການແຂ່ງຂັນໃຫ່ຍໆກັບຄົນຫຼາຍໆແບບນີ້ມາກ່ອນເລີຍ. ລາວມີຄວາມກັງວົນຫຼາຍ ຢ້ານເຮັດບໍ່ຖືກ ແລະ ອາດຈະເຮັດໃຫ້ສະຫະພັນກິລາຣັກບີ້ລາວເສຍຊື່ສຽງ. ແຕ່ວ່າມໍຫາກໍ່ໄດ້ບອກຕົວເອງວ່າ “ເປັນແນວໃດກໍ່ຕາມຂ້ອຍຈະພະຍາຍາມເຮັດໃຫ້ດີເທົ່າທີ່ຕົນເອງເຮັດໄດ້” ນອນຈາກນີ້ມໍຫາຍັງໄດ້ຮູ້ຈັກນັກກິລາຢູ່ປະເທດຍີປຸ່ນທີ່ໄປຈັບທຸງນຳກັນ ແລະ ໄດ້ມີການແລກປ່ຽນການສົນທະນາກັບພວກເຂົາ.
ລາວບໍ່ເຄີຍຄິດມາກ່ອນເລີຍ ທີ່ຈະມີໂອກາດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມກິດຈະກຳນີ້ ໂດຍການເປັນຕົວແທນຂອງປະເທດລາວອີກ ແລະ ນອນຈາກນີ້ກໍ່ໄດ້ມີໝູ່ເພື່ອນໃໝ່ ແລະ ແລກປ່ຽນພາສາກັບພວກເຂົາອີກ. ລາວໄດ້ເຫັນນັກກິລາຣັກບີ້ໂລກມີທັກສະຫຼີ້ນທີ່ເກັ່ງຫຼາຍກ່ຽວທັກສະການສົ່ງບານ, ບຸກ, ຕັດ, ຫຼອກກໍ່ເຮັດໄດ້ໝົດ ລາວເຫັນວ່ານັກກິລາທຸກຄົນເຂົ້າໃຈນິດໄສຂອງແຕ່ລະຄົນວ່າຈະຫຼີ້ນແນວໃດ ຫຼື ຄວາມໄວຂອງເຂົາເຈົ້າເທົ່າໃດຂອງຕົນເອງເທົ່າໃດ.
ມໍຫາຍັງໄດ້ເຫັນວ່ານັກກິລາທຸກຄົນທີ່ມາແຂ່ງຂັນຄົງຈະມີຄວາມຕັ້ງໃຈກ່ຽວກັບການຝຶກຊ້ອມຂອງທີມຫຼາຍ ແລະ ຄົງຈະບໍ່ຂາກການຝຶກຂ້ອມຂອງທີມຊາດເລີຍ ຈຶ່ງເຮັດໃຫ້ນັກກິລາທຸກຄົນທີ່ມາແຂ່ງຂັນໃນງານຄັ້ງນີ້ເກັງຫຼາຍ.
“ໃນການສົນທະນາກັບໝູ່ທີ່ໄປຈັບທຸງນຳກັນຂ້ອຍກໍ່ໄດ້ເອົາທັກສະພາສາອັງທີ່ຮຽນຢູ່ໃນແຄ້ມພາສາອັງກິດໄປໃຊ້ ແລະ ສົນທະນາກັບຄົນຕ່າງປະເທດຫຼາຍຂື້ນ. ຂ້ອຍມີຄວາມໝັ້ນໃຈໃນການເວົ້າພາສາອັງກິດຫຼາຍກວ່າຢູ່ໃນປະເທດລາວ.” ເຫັນໄດ້ວ່າມໍຫາ ໄດ້ມີໂອກາດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມ ແລະ ເຫັນນັກກິລາຣັກບີ້ຫຼາຍຄົນທີ່ຢູ່ໃນການແຂ່ງຂັນຣັກບີ້ໂລກ ແລ້ວລາວເອງກໍ່ໄດ້ຮຽນຮູ້ທັກສະຕ່າງໆຂອງນັກກິລາຣັກບີ້ໂລກທີ່ໄດ້ຫຼີ້ນອິກ. ສິ່ງທີ່ລາວໄດ້ເຫັນແມ່ນນັກກິລາຣັກບີ້ໂລກແຂງແຮງຫຼາຍ ແລະ ທັກສະສູງແທ້, ລາວຄິດວ່າພວກເຂົາຄົງຕັ້ງໃຈມາຝືກຊ້ອມຫຼາຍກວ່ານັກກິລາທຳມະດາແລ້ວຈຶ່ງມີຄວາມສາມາດຫຼາຍປານນີ້. ມໍຫາໄດ້ບອກພໍ່ແມ່ຂອງລາວວ່າ ລາວພູມໃຈຫຼາຍກັບຕົວລາວເອງ ແລະ ພໍ່ແມ່ລາວກໍ່ດີໃຈກັບລາວຄືກັນຍ້ອນວ່າມໍຫາເປັນລູກຄົນດຽວທີ່ໄດ້ມີໂອກາດໄປຕ່າງປະເທດຫຼາຍກວ່າລູກຄົນອື່ນໃນຄອບຄົວ. ພໍ່ແມ່ລາວກໍ່ສະໜັນສະໝູນໃຫ້ລາວຫຼີ້ນກິລາຣັກບີ້ຕັ້ງແຕ່ຕອນທຳອິດເລີຍ. “ປະສົບການທີ່ດີຫຼາຍສຳລັບຂ້ອຍທີ່ໄດ້ເປັນຕົວແທນເຂົ້າຮ່ວມງານຣັກບີ້ໂລກ ເພາະຂ້ອຍໄດ້ຮຽນເປັນນັກກິລາ ແລະ ກາຍມາເປັນຄູຝຶກສອນເພື່ອຢາກພັດທະນານັກກິລາ ແລະ ເດັກນ້ອຍຢູ່ໃນບ້ານຂອງຂ້ອຍເອງ. ຂ້ອຍບໍ່ຄິດວ່າຈະໄດ້ມີໂອກາດເຂົ້າຮ່ວມງານໃຫຍ່ໆແບບນີ້. ຜ່ານການເດີນທາງຄັ້ງນີ້ໄດ້ຮຽນຮູ້ກ່ຽວກັບກົດລະບຽບຂອງຄົນໃນປະເທດຍີປຸ່ນ ເຂົາເຈົ້າເປັນຄົນມີລະບຽບຫຼາຍ. ໃນຖານະຂ້ອຍເປັນຄູຝຶກ ຂ້ອຍຈະນຳເອົາມາໃຊ້ຢູ່ປະເທດລາວ ແລະ ແບ່ງປັນຄວາມຮູ້ໃຫ້ຄູຝຶກຄົນອື່ນ ແລະ ນັກກິລາເປັນຄົນມີລະບຽບຫຼາຍຂື້ນ. ໃນການເດີນທາງຄັ້ງນີ້ເຮັດໃຫ້ຂ້ອຍໄດ້ມີໂອກາດເຫັນສິ່ງໃໝ່ໆຈາກຄົນອຶ່ນໆ ຫຼື ວັດທະນາທຳຂອງປະເທດອື່ນ ເຮັດໃຫ້ຂ້ອຍສາມາດນຳມາພັດທະນາຕົນເອງໃຫ້ເປັນຄູຝຶກແລະ ຜູ້ນຳໃຫ້ດີກວ່າເກົ່າໄດ້.ຖ້າຂ້ອຍຢູ່ແຕ່ບ້ານຂອງຕົນເອງບໍ່ໄດ້ອອກໄປໃສເລີຍກໍ່ບໍ່ສາມາດພັດທະນາຕົນເອງ ແລະ ເປັນຜູ້ນຳທີ່ດີໄດ້.” ນີ້ແມ່ນຄຳເວົ້າຂອງມໍຫາກ່ຽວກັບຄວາມຮູ້ສຶກຂອງລາວຕໍ່ການເປັນຕົວແທນເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຣັກບີ້ໂລກ.
ໃນອະນາຄົດມໍຫາຢາກພັດທະນາຕົວເອງໃຫ້ຫຼີ້ນກິລາຣັກບີ້ໃຫ້ເກັ່ງ ແລະ ສອນທີມຂອງລາວໃຫ້ເກັ່ງຄືກັນ. ມໍຫາໄດ້ຮັບໂອກາດທີ່ພິເສດຫຼາຍໃນການເດີນທາງໄປຍີປຸ່ນເພື່ອເປັນຕົວແທນໃນການຈັບທຸງຊາດໃຫ້ກັບທີມປະເທດຊາມົວ ແລະ ລາວຍັງໄດ້ໃຊ້ທັກສະພາສາອັງກິດທີ່ຮຽນຈາກແຄ້ມອັງກິດໃນການແລກປ່ຽນກັບນັກກິລາຄົນອື່ນທີ່ໄປເປັນຕົວແທນຈັບທຸງຄືກັນ. ຖືວ່າປະສົບການນີ້ແມ່ນໄດ້ໃຫ້ຄວາມເປັນຜູ້ນຳກັບລາວຫຼາຍຂື້ນ. ນອກຈາກນີ້ລາວຍັງໄດ້ເຫັນທັກສະການຫຼີ້ນຂອງນັກກິລາທີມຊາດ, ຄວາມແຂງແຮງ, ຄວາມມຸນໝັ້ນຕັ້ງໃຈຝຶກຊ້ອມ ແລະ ມໍຫາຈະເອົາທັກສະສົ່ງບານ, ຕັດ, ຫຼອກ, ລົບຫຼີກມາປັບໃຊ້ກັບຕົວເອງ ແລະ ທີມຂອງລາວເພື່ອໃຫ້ພັດທະນາການຫຼີ້ນຣັກບີ້ດີຂື້ນ.

Ms. Mor Ha Vue attended the JENESYS program in Japan. She previously played rugby and is now in her first year of coaching for the LRF’s Champa Ban Youth Rugby Program. She is in charge of four teams in Peak District and she is currently studying at Secondary School. She has been a tag rugby player since 2015 and is now a contact rugby player on the Xieng Khouang RFC Women’s Team.
Last September, she had the opportunity to travel to Japan to represent the ChildFund Pass It Back players in the Rugby World Cup festivities in Japan. She represented Laos as a flag bearer for Samoa at the Rugby World Cup on the opening day of competition. She was nervous and excited because she had never done anything so meaningful in front of so many people at a major competition before. She was very worried and afraid of making a mistake that might embarrass the Lao Rugby Federation or her country, but she said to herself, “No matter what happens, I’ll try my best”.
She also got to know the Japanese players who were flag bearers and talked with them. She never imagined that she would have the opportunity to participate in the Rugby World Cup, represent her country, and make new friends like this. She saw that the Rugby World Cup players have great ball-passing skills, evasive moves, cuts, and side-steps. They were very strong and skillful, and she thought they were more determined in training than club players. She also saw that every player understood the skills needed for their position and had great speed. She noticed that all the players who competed in the Rugby World Cup really concentrated on practicing.” Mor Ha Vue believes that they might not miss any national team training sessions, which contributes to them becoming excellent players. “In conversation with fellow flag bearers, I used English skills I learned from English camp to talk to them. I was more confident in speaking English than Lao.”
Ms. Mor Ha told her parents that she is very proud of herself for her experiences while attending the Rugby World Cup. Her parents are also proud because she is the only child in her family who has had opportunities to travel outside of Laos. Her parents have encouraged her to play rugby from the beginning. In the future, Ms. Mor Ha wants to develop her rugby skills and teach her team to excel.
Mor Ha’s says, “It was a great experience for me to represent my community at the World Cup because I learned to play rugby and became a coach to develop the players and children in my own home. I didn't think I would have the opportunity to attend such a big event. Through this trip, I learned about the culture and characteristics of many people in Japan. They are very disciplined. As a coach, I will bring this lesson to Laos and share my knowledge with other coaches and players more effectively. On this journey, I had the opportunity to see new things from different people and cultures so that I can better develop myself as a coach and leader. If I hadn't left home, I could not develop myself and be a good leader.
See Khang’s and Mor Ha’s stories show us that giving players and coaches the opportunity to see the Rugby World Cup is very important. It gives coaches the incentive to continue to advance their teams’ skills on the field as well as in the community. Players also really want to develop themselves to showcase the skills that the federation teaches. In addition, they also make new friends as well as exchange skills and culture with players from many countries. It is obvious that See Khang and Mor Ha had their own way of solving problems. Whether speaking English or facing problems with the group, they handled every situation with confidence and grace. Giving everyone the opportunity to see the Rugby World Cup and participate in exchange activities can help coaches and players bring those experiences back to develop themselves for their own personal development and for the betterment of others.
