Ker plays with the Canon Vientiane Tigers Rugby Club and is a longtime member of the DAC Lao Men's National Team. Ker was a standout member of the Nagas, as he joined the DAC Lao Nagas on their tour to the United States in 2016.

The Lao Rugby Federation (LRF) is pleased to announce David Castillo as the player sponsor of Locker "Ker" Setsakda.
Ker plays with the Canon Vientiane Tigers Rugby Club and is a longtime member of the DAC Lao Men's National Team. Ker was a standout member of the Nagas, as he joined the DAC Lao Nagas on their tour to the United States in 2016 - and this past season, he joined the DAC Lao Nagas at Kowloon RugbyFest in Hong Kong. He recently represented Laos at the 2019 Asia Rugby 7s Trophy in Jakarta, Indonesia
Mr. Castillo’s support comes as part of the LRF’s Player Sponsorship Initiative, which grants businesses and individuals the opportunity to sponsor players and staff as they represent Laos at elite international competitions. Since its inception in 2010, the Player Sponsorship Initiative has made it possible for the Men’s and Women’s Lao National Teams to travel and compete at the international level.
